Use HELPY services to make your activities easier. You can also make multiple orders for different services at a time. For example: you are ordering HELPY RUNNER, and at the same time you want to order HELPY MALL. You can order both services without any limitations on the number of orders. Here’s how to:
  1. Choose HELPY RUNNER in main menu
  2. Enter your pick-up location. You can change your pick up location by moving the pin on the map. You can also input details of your pick-up location by clicking the pen on the right
  3. Enter your destination. You can change your drop off location by moving the pin on the map. You can also input details of your drop off location by clicking the pen on the right
  4. Select your preferred payment method (HELPY-PAY or Cash). If you choose cash method, you have to pay the fares at the end of trip
  5. Select 'Order HELPY RUNNER' to make a reservation
  6. When you get a Service Provider, you can see his location and you can also contact him/her via SMS or call
  7. To make a HELPY MALL order, you can return to the home page by clicking on ‘New Order’ or the arrow symbol on the top-left corner
  8. Choose HELPY MALL in main menu and follow these steps to make a HELPY MALL order.
HELPY comes with various services that can help you to do activities easily wherever you are. HELPY can cover large distances in order to provide the best service to our customers. However, HELPY has a maximum distance for each service as follows: HELPY RUNNER: Maximum distance is 28 km HELPY AUTO: Maximum distance is 78 km HELPY CLEAN: Maximum distance is 28 km HELPY MALL: Maximum distance is 28 km HELPY MASSAGE: Maximum distance is 28 km HELPY BEAUTY : Maximum distance is 28 km When you order HELPY service, please ensure that you enter your current location for pickup and you don't exceed the maximum distance of each service.
Difficulties in finding a Service Provider could be caused by an increase in the demand of HELPY services at the time. To make it easier for you to get a Service Provider, you can follow these steps:
  1. Log in as usual
  2. Wait at the moment, system will get back to you from time to time.
Currently HELPY has two delivery service, Same Day Delivery and Instant Delivery. You can make purchases on multiple e-commerce sites and choose HELPY MALL Same Day as your shipping method, then the items you buy will arrive the same day you order them. Can I order HELPY RUNNER Same Day Delivery through the HELPY app? Yes, you can. HELPY RUNNER Same Day Delivery can be used both for ordering through multiple e-commerce or through your HELPY app while you are in certain areas in KUALA LUMPUR.
If you can't make an order for HELPY services because of these notifications:
  •  No Internet Connection
  • Unknown Location
  • Can’t Click 'Order' Button
  • Forced Close
  • Can't Generate Total Price
You can do these easy steps:
  1. Make sure you fill the information in Helpy apps in right column
  2. Check your internet connections
  3. Check your location service
  4. Make sure you use the latest HELPY app
  5. Try to make booking with suitable device
  6. Reopen Helpy apps (restart)

After completed order, you will see rating page that you should give rating or you can choose the order that you want to give rating Give star(s) to the Helpy Service Provider to rate their service. 1 Star: Very Bad 2 Stars: Bad 3 Stars: OK 4 Stars: Good 5 Stars: Awesome
Get discounts for these services when you use HELPY-PAY as a payment method
We are sorry if Helpy Service Provider cancelled your order. When this happens, we will automatically find a new Service Provider for you. Also, no need to worry because we will not charge you if Service Provider cancelled your order.
Use HELPY RUNNER to deliver packages or documents within your area. You can search or pin point any location for pick up as long as it is within a 100-km radius from your current location. In HELPY RUNNER, you can also make multiple orders at a time. Before you place an order, please ensure that the goods are in accordance with the terms and conditions below:
  • Not fragile
  • Not Pet/Animal(s)
  • Not drugs or any kind of illegal substance
  • Maximum weight 25 kg
  • Not allowed to sending goods to and from penitentiary institution
  • 70x50x50 cm dimension
  • Not easily broken
Below are the steps of using HELPY RUNNER:
  1. Choose HELPY RUNNER in main menu
  2. Select pick up location
  3. Select the destination location
  4. Choose ‘Next’ to continue
  5. Add item details
  6. Complete sender and receiver’s name and phone number
  7. Choose your preferred payment method (HELPY PAY or Cash on Delivery)
  8. Select ‘Order’ to complete order
If Helpy Service Provider asked you for extra charges, please don’t do that.
If your app shows an error while calculating the price for your order, please do the following steps:
  1. Close your HELPY apps in the background, and reopen (or restart) the app
  2. Make sure the data service and your internet package are available.
  3. Try to make an order again, and wait until the price on your HELPY application re-appear

If your Service Provider is different from what you see in the HELPY app, please report this to us by clicking the e-mail button below

You can always see your ongoing order and your Service Provider’s location on the ‘In Progress’ page under the ‘History’ menu. If you can’t find your current order, please do the following steps:
  1. Log out of your HELPY application, then log in again
  2. See your ‘In Progress’ order under ‘History’ menu
If you’re still unable to find your current order, please report this to us with window chat.
To find your order history, please do the following steps: 1. Click ‘History’ 2. See your order history in ‘Completed’ 3. Search the order history that you wanted 4. If your order history does not exist, please write us an e-mail below Any receipt will be sent to the e-mail address that is registered to your HELPY account at the end of every transaction. You just have to make sure that your e-mail address is already verified.
When ordering HELPY services, make sure you double check the payment method you use. If you choose HELPY -PAY method, there’s no need to make payment using cash because your HELPY-PAY balance will automatically be deducted. If you accidentally pay the Service Provider with both cash and HELPY-PAY, please liaise with admin with window chat.
If you place an order through HELPY MALL and HELPY RUNNER
  • Make sure you fill the destination address completely
  • You can see the location of the Service Provider through the application
  • Contact the Service Provider to make sure your order has arrived to the destination.
  • For HELPY RUNNER and HELPY MALL, ensure the item that you send is in accordance with the terms & conditions.
If you do not receive your order in HELPY Apps please report direct to us.
You can use HELPY MALL to get your daily needs with maximum 25 km delivery distance and without minimum purchase. Shopping in HELPY MALL let you find all the brands, products, and the estimated price of each products in your HELPY app. In HELPY MALL, you can also make multiple orders at a time. Below are the steps of using HELPY MALL
  1. Choose HELPY MALL in main menu
  2. You can use the search bar to search for store or goods
  3. Specify your location
  4. Choose what store you want based on type, e.g mini market, electronic store, florist
  5. Specify your store location
  6. Choose type of goods you want to buy
  7. Choose the item. Price of the item shown in app is estimated, so the price may differ in the actual store
  8. Specify the number of items
  9. Price will be updated based on the number of items you entered
  10. Check the number of items and click ‘>’ to continue
  11. Click ‘Add Other Item’ if you want to add anything that is not on the list
  12. Click ‘Back to Mart’ to go back to the store
  13. Review your store and destination address
  14. Check the total amount you have to pay, then select your payment method
  15. Choose ‘Order’ to continue
If your app shows an error while calculating the price for your order, please do the following steps:
  1. Close your HELPY apps in the background, and reopen (or restart) the app
  2. Make sure the data service and your internet package are available.
  3. Try to make an order again, and wait until the price on your HELPY apps.

If Helpy Service Provider delivered an item that was different from your order in application, please report it to us by pressing the e-mail button below.
